Firstly, a huge thank you for all the messages of support and concern for Kara following our last post. Kara remains in a fragile condition but has been slowly improving over the past week, and has been touched by all the well wishes sent her way.
This morning she was well enough to be interviewed on BBC Radio Nottingham. It was a lengthy item and she will pay heavily for it, but she was determined to go ahead. Our thanks to Alan Clifford for an informative interview that conveyed the seriousness of ME, as well as recognising Kara as a talented artist in her own right.
